Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love Demona. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can accept returns only under the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items received damaged/defective are eligible for replacement or refund after verification.

Not Eligible

• Opened/used products.
• Damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
• “Change of mind” after product use.

Return Process

1. Email us at contact@demonacream.com with your Order ID and unboxing/product photos.
2. Our team will verify eligibility within 2–3 working days.
3. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or provide a return address.

Refunds

• Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged/defective.

Exchanges

Subject to stock availability for the same item.
